Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President, and Assistant Treasurer

As HAI Group’s chief operating officer, executive vice president and assistant treasurer, Troy is responsible for the company’s overall operations and strategic leadership. He joined HAI Group in 2017 and has held a variety of senior-level positions at the company, including director of enterprise compliance, chief compliance officer and, most recently, chief financial officer. Before joining HAI Group, Troy was a senior manager at Deloitte LLP, where he worked with a variety of clients, with a particular focus on the financial services and insurance industries.

Troy is a Certified Public Housing Manager (C-PHM) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Connecticut. He maintains his Property and Casualty Insurance Producer and Surplus Lines Broker licenses and holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Associate in Information Technology (AIT) and Associate in Insurance Data Analytics (AIDA) designations. He earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Connecticut.
