- Executive Director/Housing Supervisor of the Rock Springs Housing Authority since June 2013
- More than 30 years of experience in public housing, community development, local government, and property management
- Previously worked for the City of Rock Springs for 13 years, including serving as Senior Accounting Technician in the Finance Department
- Former Regional Property Manager overseeing a portfolio of conventional properties across Utah, Oregon, and Washington
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University, Salt Lake City, Utah
- NAHRO-certified professional, holding credentials as a Certified Professional in Housing Management (C-PHM), Certified Specialist in Section 8 HCV (CSEC-HCV), and Certified Occupancy Specialist – HCV (CSO-HCV)
- Board Chair of the Sweetwater County Tripartite Board (2018–present) and Governor appointee to the Wyoming Behavioral Health Advisory Council
- Active member and former leader within NAHRO, Mountains Plains NAHRO, and WYO-NAHRO, including past service as vice president, treasurer, and president
- Long-standing advocate for mental health awareness and suicide loss survivors, serving as a volunteer and peer mentor with the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS) since 2015 and a member of the Sweetwater Prevention Coalition since 2014
- Regular public speaker at conferences and community events, sharing personal and professional insights on resilience, recovery, and community support
