Business Development Consultant

As a business development representative, John builds and strengthens relationships with public and affordable housing organizations to support HAI Group’s mission and growth strategy.

A former U.S. Marine with more than 20 years of combined leadership, business, and insurance experience, John brings a disciplined, customer-first approach to every partnership. Before joining HAI Group, he served as a senior sales agent and new agent coach with Liberty Mutual/Comparion Insurance Agency, where he consistently exceeded production targets and trained new hires in sales development, onboarding, and compliance.

John’s background also includes experience as a small-business owner and contractor, where he managed complex projects and developed lasting client relationships built on trust and accountability. He is a fully licensed insurance agent with certifications in public housing management and low-income housing tax credit programs.

John graduated magna cum laude from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in management.
