About Our Annual Internship Program
HAI Group’s summer internship program offers hands-on experience, meaningful projects, and mentorship from industry professionals. Discover how a career in insurance can make a real difference in communities across the country.
Program Duration: Approximately 10–12 weeks
Location: HAI Group headquarters, Cheshire, Connecticut
As an HAI Group intern, you’ll:
- Participate in professional development workshops covering business etiquette, presentation skills, résumé writing, interview techniques, goal setting, and more.
- Lead a companywide fundraiser supporting local community initiatives.
- Participate in an off-site visit with a local housing agency to gain firsthand industry insights.
- Build connections with professionals across multiple departments.
- Present your experience to HAI Group’s Executive Leadership Team, showcasing your growth, accomplishments, and impact.
