HTI Plus is the complimentary limited-access tier available to eligible HAI Group policyholders who are not HARRG or HAPI members. Eligible policyholder organizations receive access to 59 risk management courses to help support safer, stronger housing operations.
HTI Plus includes unlimited users for eligible policyholders. Additional individual HTI courses are available for purchase, and bulk purchasing discounts are available for organizations that need multiple courses.

Through a paid annual subscription, HTI Pro provides access to more than 135 housing-focused courses, certifications, and videos, including subscriber-only content. Certification purchases are available for purchase at a $300 discount.
